This agency had represented me for many years and they're awesome. over the years they have always given me fast service and suggested products that I didn't even know about that helped greatly! I have my business insurance through Elwood Jordans and when I call to have them send my customer proof of insurance it is done immediately as soon as I hang up the phone! I see tons of vehicles that don't even associate with the business parking in their lot but never get told to move. And this morning I saw some girl get passive aggressively plowed in to the parking lot getting stuck because of, what appeared to be very petty. That poor girl struggled to get unstuck, and almost failed to get out. For a place who is meant to give people insurance for safety, that is the most childish and unprofessional thing I could see.

There is a red car I see parking there daily that works at the ice-cream shop called pink cow, and they don't get told to move. I am glad I opted to not do business with you people. If you treat strangers like that, and put their life at risk during heavy snow, I will never trust my life and well being in your hands.
