Our office is a family run and operated insurance and real estate company providing all lines of insurance and real estate. The company began selling real estate in Boca Raton in the 1950's and added insurance in the early 1960's. In 1982, Jan & Steve Day opened the Hobe Sound office where we continue to sell insurance and real estate independently.

This company steals people information all the employees. They don't answer the phone they tell u they have phone issues. They add people to ur Policy's and don't tell u. They don't know how to remove one car and add another. So for everyone that was with next level insurance be careful because they probably added someone or a car to ur policy and have you paying money for someone else they are fraud.

I got stuck with Smart Choice Partners about a year and a half ago because the wonderful agent I used for twenty-four years retired and sold her business to them. I needed to make some changes to my homeowner's policy. I called them several times a week for FIVE WEEKS. I left numerous voicemails and received no response. In my frustration, after five weeks of trying to speak with someone, I drove twenty minutes to their office.
I thought surely someone would be there who could help me. When I walked in the door, there was an open office with a receptionist desk. No one was there. While I stood there, I dialed their number. I let the phone ring at least twenty times at the receptionist desk. No response. I then called the number for the agent in charge of our policy. I could hear her phone ringing down the hall in the offices behind a closed door. Again, I let it ring about twenty times.
No response. I left and found a new insurance agent. Smart Choice Partners lost a customer. I'm sure they do not care. And not only did they lose a customer, Cypress Property and Casualty, who provided the policy, lost a customer. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I received notice from my auto insurance company that they did not receive my check and that the policy for myself and y wife was cancelled. They are in Boston and the check was delayed in the mail due to the recent snowstorm. They have no grace period and thy just cancelled me. My wife and I are commercial real estate agents and we were devastated.
Of course, we rely heavily on our autos as part of business so we had to drive but without insurance. We called Mary-Beth and she had us covered within 2 hours, with a great company, the same exact coverage, and she cut our premium. by approximately $200.00 Enough said?
