Over the years I've always been impressed with the reps ability to figure out the best policy for our company, even when our business is a bit out of the ordinary. They would figure it out and get it done. Recently though the same reps offer no pleasantries and no interest in how our business is doing in the middle of a pandemic. It is disappointing for a company we've worked with for many years. I'm sure many small businesses are in the same boat and would wish the companies we work with and pay would be better while we are fighting to stay afloat.

This team is superb, and always comes through for me. Matt Fuller is a doll, and always professional and personable. But Jenice, I must say, is a superstar! (I wish I could clone her for my other two insurance agencies here in Colorado.) If you're looking for the most competitive price PLUS 5-star service, you will NOT go wrong with Fuller Insurance. Needed them again last month when a windstorm blew down a tree which took down the (shared) fence. Spoke w/ a rep named Raul who filed my claim in less than an hour! That included a long explanation and short negotiation. I had my check two days later. Claim filed on Monday, check in my hands on Wednesday. UNBELIEVABLE! LOTS OF RESPECT FOR THESE GUYS. Our new fence is nearly up and completed and looks beautiful.
