We have had Joerg as our insurance agent for several years and have been extremely happy with his service. He reviewed our old policy and explained how we were under insured and gave me his recommendations. When the October fires hit, he called us right away to check on us and to let us know that we were fully covered if we should need it and that he was there to help.

I have always felt he truly has his clients best interest at heart. Also, since he is an insurance broker, he is not beholding to any one company, so he has the flexibility to advocate on his clients behalf. We recently had an issue come up with our car insurance and I called Joerg. He went to work on it right away and had it resolved in a very short amount of time. I would very highly recommend him.

I am glad to write a review! I have been working with this company for many years, and I am completely satisfied and so grateful for their help. Everyone in the office will answer questions if my agent is not available, but I really work mostly with Darwin Meiners. Periodically we update my insurance to be sure I have the best coverage and am with the right company for my needs.

He patiently researches and answers all the questions I have about details of the policies, and educates me about the coverages. He is honest, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I really enjoy our talks about non-insurance related things in life, which allows me to know him more as a person, and friend, than just an agent doing business. I most highly recommend Darwin since I know him the best, but I believe in general he reflects the ethics and professionalism of the company.

My company works with Jacob for our insurance an I can tell you first hand he will become your greatest advocate and protector. Our business was unique and he really took the time to understand what we do, who we serve and what our goals were. He communicated consistently with us as he searched for the right insurance for our needs. Not only did he find a great fit for us, he consistently checks in to make sure we are happy, to learn if there have been any changes and if we have any more needs. I've been using these guys for a few years now. Jacob is my agent and he is awesome. I feel bad l, I don't think he takes a day off as my emails Or text messages are answered within in minutes, always. He goes above and beyond and I would never have been as successful as I've become if it were not for Jacobs insight.

I have been working with Judie for over 10 years. She Helped me find an insurance company for my very first motorcycle. She has also helped some of my friends and family. It has always been a pleasure working with Judie. Its nice working with a local insurance broker firm. They have that home town feel. Now being a business owner, It is a big stress reliever having an insurance agent you can trust. Judie is always on point, many many years of experience. I have worked with Judie for over two years. She knows commercial insurance inside & out! She has been patient with me from the beginning---since I was a new business owner & had no clue about commercial insurance. Judie has walked me through each painful step of purchasing liability & commercial car insurance gracefully. Additionally, she is ultra organized & ultra responsive! There are no other vendors that I work with that get back to me as fast as Judie. I appreciate all her hard work!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very shady business practice. I had a policy for many years and never had an issue. Until I tried to cancel the policy in December 2017 with Judie Murphy. I was told to fax a policy cancellation to the Santa Rosa office. Which I did but, she would not accept it unless I presented my new insurance policy. I didn't think this was necessary for privacy reasons as I was ending my business with Sherzer and Associates (Allied Insurance).

So I was moved up to their recovery group as I received a phone call from an associate who also demanded a copy of the new insurance policy. I didn't think this was necessary as I was canceling my policy and no longer needed their service. That was obviously a mistake on my part as I later received notice that my account was canceled by Allied Insurance in January for non-payment.

This was nearly 2 months after I attempted to cancel the account. I received a letter from a collection agency demanding payment of over $200 dollars. Mind you for services I did not receive. I am now in the process of trying to correct this by being forced to send a copy of the new policy that started in November of 2017 (that I did not want to send for privacy reasons) with hopes to resolve this issue.

I do not recommend doing business here. I learned I was over insured on my policy as well as they would not allow me to cancel my policy when I requested it to be canceled. I was oversold and mistreated.

I've been using them for quite a few years now and have never had an unpleasant experience. They are always so helpful, in every situation. Thank You, Millie and George.

I used them for over 10 years for my contractors bond. Last time I renewed for 3 years. I wanted to renew for 3 another years. They quoted well over $300. Seemed high since my credit score is over 810. I pointed that out and they said OK, we will lower it to $283 Next day I called with cc to pay. Now they wanted the $330. Seemed very high since my credit score is over 810. I checked online prices and got a 4 year bond for $229 at Economy Bonds out of Sacramento Ca.

Kim and Herb are amazing. They have my full confidence and trust. I will only go through them for insurance needs.

My husband and I use Alex Bergere for all our insurance needs. He is one of the most honest people I know. He is great at finding out what your needs actually are and researching different insurance carriers to get the best rates. Ask for Alex!

I find Sherzer to be incompetent in that they do not follow up their phone calls, they do not necessarily complete work they promise to do and when confronted they become defensive and nasty. As a result of their negligence I am driving without insurance at the present time. I definitely do not recommend this business.

My husband and I have known Mark professionally for several years. Mark is as trustworthy, hard working and professional as they come. We would trust him without question any day of the week.and he's just an all around nice guy too.
