LA Mesa Insurance Service

My homeowners insurance went up more than $700 dollars and these agents never bothered to notify me or attempt to find new insurance that would be cheaper. All they do is service the account for the insuance company.

Steve is happy to take on your insurance money and sign you up. But god forbid you have to claim or get a refund for unused time. Unwilling to help, not replying to emails, passing the buck when the insurer is saying speak to the agent to get it resolved - and at which time no responses come back. Would stay away well from this company if you want insurance.

I was with this company for almost 20 years.seems like with their recent merger, they've lost their client service commitment completely. After complaining several times that I couldn't get my policies re-quoted (I wanted to switch from an insurer that screwed up a claim), I contacted their competitors just 2 days before my policy was set to renew (I wanted a new insurer, NOT to renew).

To my surprise, a competitor was able to get me higher quality insurance while saving me over 40%. I also learned that my prior claim had been mis-classified, resulting in much higher rates (that I was unaware were added to my premiums). Bottom line: an agency that used to be fairly good is no longer.

Jeff, Rhonda and Lesley have all been such a great help with our commercial insurance and helping our temp agency secure workers comp insurance. Their staff is timely and very supportive of our requests and questions. They should come highly recommended as an insurance broker.

If you own a company or have a need for insurance services then check out Snapp & Associates, especially Jeff Heet. They offer realistic figures for your business for liability and workers comp to make sure if something happens you are fully protected. They may not be the cheapest, but I assure you they are the best. You get what you pay for. Jeff is professional, honest and has integrity and isn't scared to tell you he would rather have you do business with someone else then under protect you or submit false information for you.

He is knowledgeable about many industries and works closely with restaurants and a new program they offer called Biz Assure. I have not seen any other programs like it around. If you want an honest commercial insurance agent, give Jeff a call.

I have worked with Snapp a few times over the last couple of years and each time I have had a great experience. The customer service department is top notch. The woman I spoke to, Sarah, was personable, helpful and informative. She walked me through the process and made it as painless as possible. The turn around time on claims seems to be pretty quick which is always a bonus when you're waiting on cash.
