We are licensed in Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri, where we work with Oklahoma clients who have out-of-state business locations and homes. Phoenix Insurance Company is a family owned business. The staff is very friendly and work with you to get the best insurance according to your needs. The staff is open and honest, and make sure you don't get any surprises when you file a claim. My small company's insurance is very complex, and Mark who is our agent, works very diligently to get the best coverage. Mark also makes sure that we are covered properly for any claims that may arise. I don't see Phoenix as a company'', I see them as my very good friends!

I switched to Phoenix Insurance after I bought my business. The insurance provider being used at the time was unresponsive, hard to communicate with, and expensive. Once we made the switch, all of my insurance headaches went away. Every year we get a personal review of our insurance plans with recommendations on how to save money while better covering employees. Can't say enough about how much we love them!

I was communicating with Jeremy on an auto and renter's insurance quote from out of state. Jeremy was consistently unresponsive (days at a time) and only after calling the front office would I find out that he was out of the office. His email didn't have an 'out of office' set up with any indication of whom to contact. I finally reached out to another agent and I asked if I could call her after a meeting at 4:15PM (Mountain time; 5:15 Central) and I was told that was after hours and to call back the following day. No-one was available to stick around for 15 minutes for a new customer? Ultimately, this was a display of a complete lack of customer service by two employees. At the end of the day, if my house floods at 9pm, I want to feel assured my insurance company is available. I went with a local agent instead.
