Thia location only gets one star which is unfortunate as I really like BankWest. At this location the staff are always rude. After five visits to this location, I have not had a single pleasant visit. I will continue to bank with BankWest, but I will never return to this location.

If I could leave less than one star I would. These guys will do anything they possibly can to bleed you dry. They drained my account for what they called "miscellaneous fees" as well as charged me several times to investigate fraudulent activity which they never did. Do not bank with these guys

This loan office does not even care they have there guide lines to follow even tho I have had 7 loans with them they don't even want to help a person out on a loan even tho I have been with them since 2003 there guide line have no helping hand on any one in less you are AA perfect.
