Called them to file a claim and spoke with Brad Caress who refused to give the 1(800) number and kept repeating "like I said" which I believe is extremely rude and ended with "if you don't have insurance shame on you" which wasn't even the case. I hope to never deal with Daniels Insurance or Mr Caress again nor do I wish it on my worst enemy. Anywho have a great day guys stay away from Mr Caress and to Mr Caress I hope next time you wake up on the right side of the bed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Agent Brad was very rude I am currently pregnant got hit by an 18 wheeler that's insured by them I asked for the 1800 number said it wasn't his problem and he don't have to help me at all and if I don't have my own insurance then it's a shame very unprofessional service.

I enrolled with Principal Insurance, brokered by Daniels Insurance, through my employer. Coverage began August 1 and I still haven't received proof of dental insurance. I had a dentist appointment on August 12 and had to pay out of pocket as Daniels Insurance will not give me proof of insurance or even answer my emails. I am having a very poor customer experience with Daniels Insurance and would not recommend them to others.

I really am impressed with Daniels Insurance. When I called and spoke to Tina, she was very personalable and knowledgeable of what I needed. I really like when people know what they're doing and I don't have to try to help out. I have been doing business in Albuquerque for over 50 years and I love the kind of service Daniels Insurance provided. Thanks Tina and Daniels.
