Services
Our title industry roots run deep. Title Pac was established in 1972 by Roy Joe Cantrell, a title professional who believed that title professionals' E&O coverage should provide adequate coverage at a fair price. Our longevity is unmatched by other E&O providers and lets us adjust to the needs of the industry during the ups and downs of the real estate cycle, even meeting coverage needs for new issues like Crime and Data Breach/Cyber. Over the years, Title Pac helped to influence Title E&O insurance forms to the current coverage seen today.
