Workers compensation case has had multiple hearings. Judge has ruled in my favor every time and dismissed their IME doctor's testimony as not at all credible. (IME doctor flat out lied in his report and the judge saw right through it.) PMA has appealed every decision. Additionally, they have 30 days from the date of the judgement to file an appeal and have waited until the 29th day each time in order to stall the process as long as possible.

They have denied every request for treatment for my injury, despite MRI with positive findings, causing me to be out of work, in constant pain and receiving no payments for almost a year. Several coworkers that I've spoken with are having similar experiences. I don't know how their employees can live with themselves knowing that they ruin people's lives for a living. UPDATE: April 2019, 9 months after the first appeal was filed the wcb decision was filed in my favor. Got a check about a week later.

Pain management doctor submitted another authorization request for treatment, hopefully it gets approved without having to go through another hearing. Update, 5/2/22: It's been almost one year since my permanency hearing. True to form, PMA filed an appeal and reduced payments to what THEY thought they should pay which was less than $100/week. My savings have been completely depleted and I thought I was going to lose everything, including custody of my teenage daughter.

God bless the friend who arranged a fundraiser for me because I couldn't have stayed afloat without the generosity of those who donated. It took six months for the board to file their decision, once again holding up the judge's order. I found an amazing pain management doctor and under his care I've finally found some relief. Still unable to drive, I'm trying to find work I can do online or remotely, but most of the ones on job sites are scams.

Be very cautious about giving out your personal information, I started getting spam emails and phone calls from applying to these companies on Indeed and other such sites. If your employer has PMA as their WC insurance carrier, make sure you find a REALLY GOOD LAWYER. You're gonna need one.

I have insurance threw these people. Come to find out I'm not in good Hands worst insurance company ever. My property Was stolen from me when me and my employee was working on our lunch and they would not cover a cent. So basically I pay insurance for nothing 1250 a month 3800 down payment, and they don't cover anything what a waste of time and money, please do not come Here for insurance Not to mention I'm the victim here and took a 40,000 lost thanks to this company People will lose there life savings to this company and scott the supervisor is very unprofessional and rascist. He called me out my name twice in our conversation and Kristie rice wasn't she was just very rude. This is very insanity, Crooks, Critical Professionalism.

Very disappointed with customer service had a inexperienced Adjuster who goofed my account up I complained & they replaced her with another one the didn't want to take my calls & she was very rude etc etc.

This company sends Workman's Compensation checks when it feels like sending the payment. My checking account went into overdraft to cover a check. First time that ever had to happen. The whole purpose of receiving Workman's Compensation is to be able to pay your bills while you're out of work with an injury. I had to give the one star rating to be able to write this review, they don't deserve any stars.

This company could careless about their clients welfare. It's unfortunate that anybody has to rely on this company for Workman's Compensation payments ordered by a judge. I didn't even get into the medical part that's just as bad or worse. Can't believe this company gets away with ignoring court orders.

They do not respond to any of your calls and when contacting the supervisor he/she does not either. I do not know what they get paid for!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PEOPLE WONT DO THEIR JOB. SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.

I submitted a claim on a broken windshield for a company that they insure. I stated clearly to the representative that, both myself and my passenger witnessed debris fall off of their clients truck in front of us, bounced off the pavement and struck my vehicle's windshield. The representative later informed me that their position was that the rock was a road hazard.

She went on to promise me a denial letter which I finally received only after contacting customer service directly. The denial letter conveniently left out my statement about myself and my passenger witnessing debris fall from their clients truck. I realize that mistakes are possible but when multiple communications go unanswered, it really makes me wonder.

If i could Give them a negative 5 star i wou this place should be shut down! I've been hung up on lied to and Had to threaten legal counsel to receive my checks Which come when they feel like it I pray my injury heals and I'm able to go back to work this place and workers are awful and liars sue so you don't have to deal with them!

Absolutely the worst in taking care of injured employees! My former employer had this as their workers compensation insurance carrier & I've been cut off 3 times since settling my claim! Once they wanted to refuse my prescription and now they've denied two (2) medical bills!

This company has held up my checks, refuses to answer my calls, and this is not the first time that I've had this problem. I think it's just the one employee who is responisble, but that's all it takes to mess up a reputable company. Shame on you. I shouldn't have to choose oil over cable, I've worked hard all my life.,s o I would never have to make that kind of choice. I chose oil by the way. Cable i can live without.however kids are not happy with my choice.
