Insurance Store

A tree fell over into my property from their's and they told me that they don't cover "acts of God" now I've got to pay to have someone remove this tree and fix my fence

I have homeowners and car insurance with them. We have been with them for many years. They are pleasant and efficient and well priced

She asked all the right questions, and even some others never asked, and provided us with Auto and Home options that were very well priced! I have been with Biltmore for about 7 years and I couldn't ask for a better insurance agent. These guys are amazing. They really take everything and get it done so we don't have to fool with any of the technical stuff.

Very disappointed at this insurance company. Wanted a simple tenant insurance and spoke with a lot of folks there and none of them ever got back to me. Rhonda told me that an underwriter is preparing the paper work and will let me know. No call back or feedback after more than one week. I do not recommend this insurance company whatsoever!

I was a loyal client for 17 years choosing to ignore constant solicitation from competitors. In the end it was proven to me that I had NO VALUE to Biltmore Insurance. They failed to communicate a policy matter with me that seriously jeopardized my mortgage. I was not provided with an apology. They did not make any effort to reconcile their negligence and assist me with reconciling with my lender. Obviously, I have moved on to another Insurance Provider.

Very thorough and quick. Was able to save on both car and home owners insurance when we needed a switch. Also very helpful with advice on how to do things differently to save money. Recent experience with Amber Williams was very pleasant. She was very kind and efficient, eager to be sure things were done properly and on time!

These guys were sensational to deal with and Lisa was so responsive. I had my quote for homeowners and car insurance in a matter of 30 minutes and both were significantly less than my current policy. I also just sent a friend to them for his business/commercial insurance and he is very happy with their level of service.
