Unbelievably poor service. Delays, non response and excuses. I've been a customer for twenty years and feel like I'm being treated like dirt. At our height we had 150 employees and 5 million in revenue. We've given them well over $100,000 in premiums and next to zero in claims yet nothing but push back and high premiums. Seriously?
