Heidi graduated from St. John's University in 1983 where she majored in Management. She directs the professional development programs of the entire Petschauer Team as well as manages the Personal Lines, Life & Benefits and Social Media Departments. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1997.

We've been dealing with this company for many, many years and have been extremely pleased with the service we receive. We've moved out of town and then moved back and wouldn't dream of having anyone but Petshauer take care of our insurance needs. If you asked me to describe Petschauer Insurance Company, well they are more like family than an agency. Willing to go the "extra mile" to find the best coverage for yourself and family. I'm sure I am not alone that it can be overwhelming choosing the best type of coverage. You can take a deep breath and have no worries that Petschauer will take the time to explain all the details until you fully understand everything before making a decision. I have been with Petschauer since I got my first car - so I will be approaching being a client of Petschauer for close to 50 years. I think that says it all.

I was referred to Petschauer Insurance to insure my new car. Sharon Davidson is my agent and is a pleasure to work with. She bundled my car and home for the best rate possible and upon expiration of my initial policy, with no claims made, she was able to find me a much better annual rate that I jumped at.
