Falls Insurance Center

I switched over to Falls Insurance a few years ago. I have to say it was one of the best things I have done. They saved me money and gave me better coverage. Highly recommend them.

I finally had it with shopping insurance online. I would put my info on one page and *boom* the whole internet knows my info and is calling me about extended car warranties. *cue superhero music* Colter Griffel was just what I was looking for in an insurance agent. Professional and courteous. With his resources he was able to get me better coverage at a lower cost than what I had previously been paying. A +++

Would give them 0 stars. I would advise anyone I know to stay away from this crooked company. They quote rates then swap to higher premiums after you've agreed to a policy. They won't own up to their mistakes and transfer the cost to the customer. My insurance went from $75 a month to $631. Instead of owning up to their mistake they are forcing me to pay the balance and threatened me with sending me to collections if I don't. I had to cancel the policy but they are still forcing me to pay the higher premium.

Initially, we had a really great experience with this company! For about 2 years we were quite happy with them. Our agent was attentive and things went smoothly. Then, right when we were moving and waiting to hear back from our agent about insurance options at our future residence, our agent dropped us and left the company. We were supposed to be contacted by someone else from the company, but when a month (during which we moved) went by without a word from anyone, I reached out.

I spoke with both Rodney and Josh and neither appeared very concerned with us and our situation. On the contrary, it seemed to be a burden for them to try and keep our business and we were more of a "second thought." Both made promises they did not follow through on and many of my emails and phone calls went ignored for days and even weeks. When I did speak to someone, I was always promised someone would get back to me in a determined amount of time. However, that never happened unless I followed up with them directly.

Even then, sometimes I still never heard back from them. To be clear, I was not constantly calling them or spamming their emails demanding immediate results. I would just try to contact them if a call-back/ email response dead line (that they scheduled) had passed to try and stay on top of things (we still needed insurance after all). In the end, we opted to take our business elsewhere.

They didn't do anything to try and keep us on board either. I don't know how we went from great service for two years to having to beg just for an email response, but maybe there was a reason our agent left the company so suddenly. Hope everyone else has better luck with them.

Outstanding service from Falls Insurance! Cannot believe how much this company has gone out of their way to help us with our business beyond just getting insurance for us. It is great to have found an insurance company that truly cares about our success as well as protecting us. Not something you find often these days! Thank you Josh!

Was with Falls Insurance for years without many claims. Years ago had a metal she'd blown into a fence. Had a young child "wash" my oak wood floor with a sink sprayer, for years no other claims. They had an insurance guy come unannounced to my home, he took pictures of our roof and our property.the guy at Falls called once. My husband called back to talk to them and got a letter a day later saying they had cancelled our policy.

Our roof and a wood stove that wasn't even a working stove was the problem. We had been getting bids for our roof and all professionals had said our roof and shingles were in excellent condition. I can't even tell you how much money we paid them over the years and they cancelled our policy without a thank you or how do you do. No follow up calls or solutions, nothing. When you search for home insurance you want a good price, you want fast service and you want a company that wants to keep your business. This is NOT that place!

I like the auto owners policy very much. More especially I appreciate the help and concern in assistance receive calls insurance. I heartily recommend called insurance as an agent that anyone can trust and who will look after their route l I heartily recommend anyone can trust and will look After the customers interest before the agency always. I do enjoy working with Falls insurance. I have never had to wait, they are always friendly, know exactly what they are doing. They also know who I am when I call, I like that personal touch for sure. What is also great is that when they say that they will call me back they do and in the time frame that was established. I would recommend them very highly.

I love the people with Falls Insurance. They work to make sure you have the best coverage for your property, and treat you like family. I couldn't say enough about their level of professionalism, and customer service. I began my coverage with their office when I moved to the area a year and a half ago, and they truly have been wonderful!

I have been with Falls Insurance for many years and i am very happy to do business with them. I never have to worry about anything. They check prices to see what fits my needs and always contact me if there needs to be a change or if the prices have changed. In fact for a time my granddaughter worked for a competitor and tried to get me to switch. I wouldnt even let her give me a quote. That is how much i trust Falls Insurance and their staff.
