We were looking for pet insurance for our miniature Schnauzer who is 11 and prone to stomach issues. James was very helpful in explaining the options available to us and did a comparison to our existing insurance coverage. Would I recommend him? James is the consummate customer service person and that's what you want with an insurance agent. One, he is communicative, answers emails and telephone calls and does research to make sure he gets the best price and he didn't just go ahead and insure insure my rentals which he learned are covered under the HOA policy saving me at least $500.
