Not deaf friendly. I called earlier and was told that they will be expecting my wife with all information already given. When she arrived, the front desk was very INHOSPITABLE towards her being very rude and. agitated. Didn't know why she was there at the first place. I would appreciate Terry Burns to contact me via email or messenger to fix this poor hospitality problem. This poor review should not be ruined by that front desk poor attitude problem, especially towards deaf customers like us!

Me and my husband have been with Terry Burns or David at Sams club in Franklin, whoever the local agent is exactly. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. They don't even have the decency to call you or respond to an email, maybe enough bad reviews or phone calls will get me some answers. Save your time and money!

I was with them for seven years. Never filed a single claim. A deer ran in front of me on a highway and totaled my car. I didn't have gap because I've never financed a car until a year and a half ago and when I. was setting up my insurance, they didn't mention gap or explain it to me. I thought full coverage, which is what I asked for, meant full coverage.

They lowballed me on the value of my car and when I asked questions about it, they would t return my phone calls or emails. When they finally did, it was just a generic "sorry" email and didn't help at all. Now I am left owing my lender $4,000 for a car that I no longer own. I guess I'm not in good hands. But I will be after I switch.

My experience with this Allstate agent has been a nightmare. When I first signed up to get an auto policy through them, I also had to get renters insurance as well. I need to get renters insurance because the appartment I was moving into in a completely different state requires it so I decide to get it through this company. I called in and filed. for Renters insurance and everything seemed great!

But the day that I was moving out and asked my family to help me pack, I get a call from my new apartment's office saying that I can not move into my new apartment because my renters insurance was not activate. I had to frantically call Allstate and figure out what happened and why this is even a.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Allstate and their agents and more specifically, the office of Terry Burns. From the moment I got into my car accident, they made the claim process easy. Every person that I spoke with on the phone was kind, considerate, polite, and provided exemplary customer service and my. questions were all answered with no confusion on my end.

I was, to be honest, terrified to begin the claim process because I was expecting a lot of phone transfers and messy communication. But that was the exact opposite experience that I had. I am so happy that my husband and I are with Allstate and this experience has solidified us as lifelong customers. Thank you to Terry and your staff, specifically Jennifer Cagle, Wendy, and Jay Jackson. All were wonderful to me, and deserve that recognition!

Terry Burns refused to provide car insurance but still took $826 out of my checking account in error. Allstate returned the $826 but refused to return $125 in overdrafts he caused. He takes NO responsibility for his error.

It was so easy to get Insurance with these guys. They even gave me a discount for insuring my car and house. I shopped around at many other companies and they where by far the best deal and easiest to work with. Thank you for making it so painless!
