Mary Doyal was amazing! Great customer service with such professionalism and expediency. She called me when she noticed our premium was going way up because of a previous accident my teenager had. Getting new auto insurance with Claudio was the best experience I've had by far. Claudio is super efficient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps and taught me a lot of useful information I never knew about. He helped me pick the best policy that met my needs and saved me a a lot of money. In less than 2 days, I was signed up with a great company and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Not a fond of leaving reviews, my mother has her insurance through you all. My mother is an elderly woman whose rather impatient. She was highly impressed with Emily's customer service skills and the amazing support she gave her. Natalie at Dean and Draper has been wonderful. I have been working with her for all my commercial insurance needs for almost 6-7 years now and not a single issue. Emily Gomez is a highly recommended agent for any personal insurance needs. She helped and guided me through the process of obtaining my homeowners and my auto insurance.
