Be aware, this insurance company changes policy and does not properly inform its customers. My policy use to have a matching endorsement and apparently it was removed in 2020. My insurance agent states that Western sent a letter but I don't remember getting one. Now I'm on the hook to replace half of my siding. All of my neighbors are getting full replacement minus deductible.

I have been with his company for over 10 years and this is what I get for my loyalty. The insurance claim paperwork came in and they low balled on everything. From the roof to siding and AC repair. I would stay with Western if they covered all my repairs but they won't. I will be changing companies. 10 years loyalty gone down the drain. Extremely disappointed.

Avoid this company and and any insurance agent that pushes them. If you happen to have them already be advised to reconsider. The only thing this company is good at is taking your money. Customer service is non-existent. Their policies cover nothing. I was left hanging eight weeks for my dock pretty simple claim just to get a denial. Even the insurance agent was surprised! That was time I could have used to better my own situation. I will be dropping Western National at my earliest convenience.

I lost my license due to an accident not of my doing. I was automatically dropped, sent an invoice, then sent a follow up letter threatening to send my outstanding last payment to collections, in under 2 weeks. The service is awful! I am reporting these crooks to the Department of Insurance because this is the worst experience I have ever had and insurance companies should have customer service considering they don't really provide me any services, just hold my money.

I've had them for several years for commercial insurance I've never filled a claim my entire life and when it came time to file one the adjuster who came out said to me they don't believe you and it's probably not goin to be covered. This company is a joke no wonder they got a bad rating needless to say they're canceled.

Avoid this Company. Horrible Customer Service and extremely difficult to work with. File a claim and they ignore and don't respond as long as possible only to be retaliated against for questioning their adjustor. Going to file with the Attorney Generals Office.

It's painfully clear that the insurance adjuster in my case is incredibly unprofessional and clearly doesn't have my best interests at heart!. The customer service person at the MN office was very dismissive and I got no where. I'm going to have to talk with an attorney for answers that I should be getting from this company.

Driving home one night i hit a deer and it caused damages to the car. I filed a claim with Western National insurance. They called me back on the same day and got the claim process going. I was able to take the car to get repaired in matter of days.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't know their policy. Got two different answers from two different people within five minutes. Was charged for TWO full months of insurance after my policy was canceled and still have not received my refund check. They are located twenty minutes from me and are trying to blame the post office. I doubt the post office is two weeks delayed with only a few miles between locations. A couple of years ago, they stopped paying for my care after an injury from a car accident. I will be going to the attorney general. Avoid this company.

Over the summer my city experienced a serious natural disaster and my home suffered damage. I'm not just a first time claimant, but a first time home owner- this was a scary situation for me. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Western National. They made a really terrible situation a little bit better and a little bit easier. Once I filed my claim their representatives were super responsive, making sure I understood what the process was and the timeline I should expect.

Every person I spoke with was kind, patient, and professional. Now that I've gotten some of the work done they've continued to be extra informative. When I had questions about contractor invoices, they helped me understand those too! I had no issues getting needed coverage for sustained damage. I feel that Western National truly is the safety net they are supposed to be.
