If I could give them 0 stars, I would. While corresponding with Andrew A. Biggio (the "President/Founder"), the level of gross unprofessionalism he displayed was appalling. If you work with First Indemnity, you should have zero expectation that they will act in a helpful, reasonable, or even civilized manner. I am not a person who typically reviews businesses and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review because I understand miscommunications happen and everyone has bad days, but please be warned you DO NOT want to do business with these people.
