The Kentucky Racing Health & Welfare Fund is a charitable, non-profit organization that assists certain eligible individuals in the Kentucky thoroughbred racing industry who demonstrate need. It was established in 1978 by an act of the Kentucky legislature. It is not an insurance firm. It doesn't supply insurance benefits.
