Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Run as far as you can. Won't take calls agent is arrogant, took over a year and a half to settle 12 overhead doors, a roof, electrical, and a paint booth. Even a child can count to 4 items. Left me hanging owing contractor $100,000.00 for 2 months. And I still don't have a paint booth.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness When you need them they are not there. Email communications, including that to/from my agent, went unanswered for five days. When they estimated the reimbursement for an actual loss their response was much lower than State Farm and the process slow and unclear. Avoid them!

Terrible, absolutely horrible. Would not properly indemnify the claim. The adjuster didn't photos and made my contractor do all the work and then shorted me tens of thousands of dollars. Eventually stopped answering my calls and made we talk to their attorneys and take low settlement. Not a good insurer.
