Keith Hatch was a godsend in the midst of hopelessness. I had an insurance case with my HOA where they and the insurance adjuster were difficult to work with and caused many delays. I had fronted a lot of money for the expenses to fix everything but it had almost been a year since the incident and everything was at a standstill. Keith stepped in one day, heard my side, and immediately did everything he could to help me out. Within a week, he was able to get everyone on the same page and finalize the final steps of my case. I am very grateful for Keith and he would be my go-to guy in the future.

I had to email multiple times for an answer. When they did respond, they said that it was being expedited. They did not give direction that I needed to call to have the information updated for the Lender to be added, or that I would have to pay a fee to have this done. They not only ignored my multiple outreaches, they deflected when they finally responded instead of apologizing or taking responsibility The email address they eventually sent to obtain the information, was spelled correctly, as well as my name. Horrible, Unprofessional Service

This is a scam of an insurance company for charging $80+ just to obtain evidence of insurance. Edited to add after business owner's response: we deal with insurance agent's for condominiums all over the U.S. and it is rare for any of them to use EOIDirect.com. 99% of them just complete it themselves at no cost, as it's a part of the service they provide to their customers.
The $80 is an additional expense that customers will incur from Labarre Oksnee and is not standard in the industry in any way, shape or form. If you are in charge of a homeowner's association I'd encourage you to look into your other options for insurance.

It seems like a few homeowners with individual claims reached out to LaBarre that handles the master policies. The individual, HO-6, carrier will lead on the water damage claim which can then be subrogated against the master (represented by LaBarre / Oksnee). Hence the delay in a few of the cases. Labarre is the broker, not the carrier. I say this as an insurance professional that competes against them. Seems like some confused reviews but no shocking, insurance is usually frustrating for all. This firm does had a well-earned great reputation. When you are the largest HOA brokers, insuring millions of units, there will of course be the.01 that felt wronged. Dan

This insurance company was hired by our association Woodview Patio Homes back in June I had a claim at the end of June with severe water damage. It is now February and my claim is still pending the adjuster nor the supervisor get back to me eight month and still can't move back in to my house because they are still review the claim. This company doesn't even have there own adjuster they contract from outside so you are at their mercy when your claim will get process. Worst company I have ever dealt with no sense of urgency. I can bet that I wont even hear from them even after this post. In order to post you have to put a star they don't even deserve a star.

I've never had a more atrocious experience with an insurance company than with this firm. The whole place is poorly run and unprofessional, but the agent who drives the black Audi (I forgot his name) is the worst one of the bunch and gives the whole company a bad name. He is completely inept and gave the worst customer service I've ever gotten from an insurance company. He's a hothead who has no business working with the public or in this industry.
Completely unprofessional and made mistake after mistake. After I decided to stop doing business with LaBarre & Oksnee due to this unscrupulous, unprofessional firm and agent, I later saw Mr. Audi in the parking garage screaming at passersby. Road rage, anyone? And yes, he takes that unhinged attitude into business with him. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this firm--RUN!

I went to Google to get the phone number for this company and happened upon these reviews. It's a shame that after all these years and complaints, I've had the same experience as every other reviewer here. Dana Diset has given the worst customer service ever. She barely returns my emails and never answers her phone. What is the point of doing business with a company like this? If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Poor service, lack of knowledge, and unsatisfactory answers to customer concerns on the part of Dana, sums up my experience with this company. Like other posts, there is a serious disconnect when it comes to basic understanding of insurance and property owner concerns. I doubt that this firm could handle a basic claim. In addition, this company claims to be knowledgable about HOAs, definitely NOT. Buyer beware! Do not do business with Labarre & Oksnee!

This company is the worst insurance company I've ever worked with. I spoke with Dana on the phone and she was curt in her responses and had trouble understanding basic questions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she resisted and cut me off by putting me on hold. This company has the worst customer service ever!

I had the very same experience as Marianne, the customer service representative's name I had spoken to was Dana Diset. She was very rude and slammed the phone on me in the midst of me speaking. I would not even rate this company's customer service any stars because I received very poor service from Dana all week.

This company seems to have no idea about what normal customer service is supposed to be. They are insurance providers for HOA companies, and we contacted them for our transaction that was on the verge of cancellation due to the delay caused by missing insurance policy numbers. The customer service representative tried to brush us off saying it would take 2-5 days to get the required information to us, and when my business partner asked to expedite the process considering the circumstances, the rep simply hung the phone up on her!
When she called back and asked for a supervisor, the rep just hung up on her again. This is a service provider company, and I'm having a hard time believing such a company would treat its current or potential customers like that. Their management needs to have some basic customer service skills trainings for their employees.
