Horrible. My mother came here to switch her insurance from OH to TN. The woman she had spoken with three days ago is no longer with this company. Should have been the red flag to leave. I am still sitting in the office as I write this review. Correction, I'm still sitting in the lobby. In an uncomfortable chair, as is my mother. They have had her standing in the lobby for almost two hours asking questions and for personal information as people walk in and out.
She was not taken back to an office. She's been left standing here. A co-worker walked in and made a comment to her "oh you had to pull up a chair huh?" To which I replied "well, we weren't expecting to be in the lobby for an hour. Most places take you into an office." The woman replied "oh she could have taken you back into an office." I complained about the chair, she offered to take me to the conference room. I said well hopefully you're about done. That was 45 mins ago. In 10 minutes we will have been here for two hours. NEVER COME HERE!
