I have been with Pollock insurance for 25+ years. Because of their exceptional service I have never once considered switching to a different company. I have had numerous claims over the years and their quickness to help along with compassion and empathy have always been above the bar. Most recently I had a windshield busted out due to vandalism and my agent Lillian contacted Safeco on my behalf to make sure my claim would be paid appropriately. It was above and beyond and once again reminded me why I love this business. Thank you all for your help throughout the years! I am above grateful!

I had a great experience with Carrie at Pollock Insurance. Her knowledge and expertise was a tremendous help in setting up all our insurance needs. We had to get auto and home insurance packaged when we moved our whole family from Arizona to Washington and had no idea what to do but Carrie took excellent care of us and we got a great deal.
