A speedy, practical, sales pitch to get back on the roads for increase mobility options. Nathan touches on the specifics, grabs a few comical lines, and checks you out with documents to your next destination, able-driver. Sound Insurance is a tiny shop filled with manila folders, a cute dog who sit on desks, and information to boot you back in to driving gear.

Nathan at sound insurance is very professional, gives me the best deal I can find and always takes care of my insurance needs. I have never had such a wonderful experience dealing with insurance before ( which is rare ). I have recommended them to many people and they are all happy. First time auto insurance for my used 2005 toyota highlander. Sound Insurance will get you the best price with the best coverage. It's not about just finding the cheapest insurance. If you want someone you can trust, here it is. Will be recommending to friends as well. Both Greg and Nathan helped me out. Added a motorcycle insurance for my Honda CBR 250r as well.

Sound Insurance is an outstanding Auto Insurance company in Seattle. My ex-husband had several DWI's, backed into our BMW that was stationary in the driveway (several times), and seemed to think the yellow lines were optional on the road ways. Thank GOODNESS FOR SOUND INSURANCE! Too bad I did not take out TOTAL COVERAGE on my wedding night. Thanks again Jane.

I called and left a message with Sound Insurance to get a quote on General Liability Insurance for my Business. Nathan from Sound Insurance called me back promptly the next day and began the process. Due to some issues on my part (being a new business and not having insurance before) I took a little longer than I should have on information several times. Nathan was nothing but patient and friendly. Nathan would frequently call me to update me on the quote, to get more info or just to inform me that he had no new info while waiting for his underwriter to quote.
He was never rude and I never felt like I was being pressured. Unfortunately when he did get the quote to me it was rather high. Nathan was fantastic though, he acknowledged the quote was high, explained the situation, and told me that I was free to search elsewhere. He talked with me about how he was in the process of searching for a new mortgage and that in the end, money talks and so he totally understand if I went elsewhere.
Nonetheless after I said I would be searching elsewhere, he called me back 3 days later to follow up and was incredibly polite, not rude, and didn't pressure me when I explained that I had gone with a company that had quoted me 1/3 of the cost on the quote. He did give me some things to look for (check the deductible, etc.) to make sure that I was getting the coverage I needed, and he wished me luck on the business. All in all if the rest of Sound Insurance is as incredible as Nathan is, they deserve your business.

After a long day of shopping for car insurance and speaking to many insurance agents, I finally got ahold of Greg at Sound Insurance. He was so patient and went over each detail of my car insurance quote with me. It was very refreshing to deal with this agency after dealing with at least 10 car insurance companies and agents who rushed me through policies and tried to pressure me into buying coverage at their company. I highly recommend this company.

Insurance should be simple. Call get a quote, tell them what coverage you want. They make sure paper work is done and away you go. Well after battling with a few other auto insurance agents, I am glad I called Sound. Helpful, friendly and bottom line got things done so I could start driving. I highly recommend at last getting a quote from these guys.
Do not fall for the heavy advertising, bad service companies like progressive, geico, and esurance. I learned that the hard way after putting in a claim. The experience was not a regular Nightmare, but a Poltergeist, Clive Barker Hellraiser type nightmare
