I wish i had read the reviews before i decided to utilize this agency. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, i was informed via mail that my policy was going to be canceled, then i received another letter saying to disregard the cancellation so i did. Only to receive another cancellation letter and a check returning my money. Steer clear of this agency like many others have said!

I recently was infected with Covid and struggled for two weeks to spare you the details I'm just getting better so it was a tall order for me just to be on the phone needing to make adjustments to my insurance for my mortgage company! I was greeted by Sonia Edge-Soto Who was a complete breath of fresh air she made what could've been painful and frustrating easy and enjoyable I really felt like she cared about my personal interest.

Every concern I had she addressed with a solution I am grateful that insurance express is my agency and I hope she gets the credit she deserves I wish she can personally handle my account for now on! I will be referring your agency to all my friends and colleagues! Wow whoever is is reading this review don't wast your time with any other company save your self time and money they are a one stop shop who truly cares!

This agency is worst avoid at all costs, they let my policy lapse and didn't even bother to contact me until a few days before. Then failed to bind a new policy as instructed. Go with different insurance company which will serve you and your interests better.

I reached out to Insurance Express as I received notification from my mortgage company that my insurance (that they escrow) had expired. Luckily for me Sonia was at the end of the phone to help! Sonia found that the mortgage company had not notified them of the transfer of my mortgage & she immediately logged on to the agent portal and uploaded the documents needed. Dealing with mortgages and insurance can be stressful; thankfully I had Sonia to quickly resolve my issue so I could get back to work, without worries.

Yep, this insurance company is pretty bad. Like others have said here, once you pay, they will never speak to you again. If you have a problem, tough luck, they won't help you. I had to renew my commercial policy and I spent over a month before the expiration trying to reach my so called agent to renew my policy. Multiple emails, phone messages etc. and nothing, no response.

A week and a half before it expired, she sent me some crazy quote for almost double what i was paying before. Of course, she would not respond to any attempts on my part to discuss the renewal policy. Went to another insurance company, they had a quote for me within two days for the same coverage I had before and at a lower price than I was paying.

And yes, they actually picked up the phone and dealt with me quickly and professionally. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable insurance company than Insurance Express. This company truly does not care about you as a client.

I had the most amazing experience shopping for new car insurance with Veronica Gibbs. I usually dread this process but Veronica made everything so easy. She was very knowledgeable and took the tIme to research everything I was asking for even as busy as she was. My previous agent never returned my phone calls and emails and I finally requested a new agent and was so thankful to get Veronica. She was on top of everything and always responded quickly. If you are looking for new insurance, ask for Veronica, I highly recommend her.

Yeah, calling me 6 times while I'm at work is not going to endear me to your insurance company.

As my search became more complicated and my options more narrow Appy, the representative, went out of her way to educate me about the potential to be dropped if I wasn't careful.

This is a scam. They love to blow up your phone trying to get any and all personal information from you to sell online.

Terrible company.they keep asking me for photos of my house being furnished. I told them many times I'm painting and not moving my furniture into the rooms till I'm done painting. Just ridiculous.now they are canceling my insurance.ff this company.

Alesha Santos makes changing insurance so simple! When she found out I needed a new electrical box installed she referred me to the best electrician and saved me a great deal of money. She is always available and on the weekends I was able to text her if I needed help. I am so happy with her expertise that I am asking her to get me different car insurance. When my clients contact her for a quote she responds immediately, and she always provides a competitive quote to beat the competition. I absolutely love this place! They saved me so much money on my home and my auto imsurance. The staff are all super friendly and responsive. A couple of issues popped up with one of the insurance carriers, but they got everything fixed in a flash. I'm definitely going to be sticking with them for all my renewals.

I was put on a list - I NEVER signed up for. When I called to ask them to take me off the list they had ALL my information. Let's be perfectly clear. I DID NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MY INFORMATION! When I further inquired HOW they got my information - they were belligerent towards me. UTTERLY Rude and condescending. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT GET YOUR INSURANCE THROUGH THEM! Unless you like to be treated like GARBAGE. Their website doesn't even work! This place is either a sham or a scam!

I wrote these guys THREE times in 48 hours looking for a quote. NO ANSWER.NO RESPONSE. Imagine if this is the treatment as a prospect.how bad it will be when you're a customer!
