Coastal insurance group is located in Miami springs and has been around for many many years. They have a really good group of people working there. They have pretty much whatever insurance you need. So Doug and Ruth have been amazing and got us a good deal on home insurance. They have answered every question we have had and have been very punctual with everything thus far. If you want nice people to help you out with your insurance needs give them a call. You won't go wrong.

You ask them for help answering questions and you get no help nor a return phone call. You ask for the manager and he does not answer your message. Coastal Insurance is not helpful at all. Travelers did an audit for our company and we gave them all of the information for Travelers insurance and the audit was wrong. Asked Coastal Insurance for help and they do nothing.
