Adam Miller was a great personal insurance agent. He explained everything methodically so that it was easy for me to understand and I got what I wanted. Great communication and great customer service.

The customer service at Clements is always good. William Sheng listened to my need, provided a solution, explained along the way, and treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you!

Update: Edited from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that Clements finally resolved my claims and paid out the settlement. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response until I posted this review, but am thankful that the settlement was finally paid. Their coverage is good, but they need to provide better customer service to reduce wait times and to better communicate with their clients. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been a loyal Clements customer for years, but their customer service has been bad recently.

Still waiting on several claims to be paid after nearly 6 months of submission. I call and email regularly for status updates, and the only response (whenever I actually get someone on the phone) is that 'maybe it will be resolved next week.' Despite regular follow-up, claims still have not been resolved.

When my policy was almost up, I received an email that was a bit too vague and made it seem like it would not be auto-renewed. That made me think if I didn't take any action, it just be canceled when the term limit was up. Surprise! It's always auto-renewed so lesson learned. When I got the subsequent email telling me it's been renewed and I had been charged, I immediately called customer service.

Much to my surprise, someone picked up right away, and transferred me to the correct office where someone else picked up right away. It was great! I chatted with William Sheng and he was quick to resolve the issue and answered my questions concisely and in plain language (which I greatly appreciate). He even continued the quick help after my call by contacting accounting very quickly to get the charge canceled. I then got a confirmation email right away. He was phenomenal! Thanks William.

Had great customer service from Jean Nestor today! He quickly & knowledgeably updated my policy, answered my questions, and made me confident that I'm covered during my international move. Clements really does do the best job in insuring our stuff.

Clements Worldwide has been the go-to insurer for several generations of US professionals who live and work overseas. Anyone looking to move overseas should run, not walk, to Clements Worldwide. I would seek them out in any circumstance where I needed overseas support for a household or office move.

Excellent. Special note for Jean Nestor who over my last several years has always accomplished the impossible. getting car insurance overseas. Also was extremely helpful in making sure I was able to access policies in USA so coverage was always available. You need people who can always help you. Clements thanks for years of coverage in remote countries. the foreign service loves you.

Despite being a client for a long time and being a foreign service officer (a group of clients they aim to offer special coverage), I have been unable to get a response to my emails or confirmation of a quote. I am trying to insure my personal property as a result of a new posting (Hong kong) but despite repeated attempts for information or status enquiry, they did never bother to respond. Their claim of personalized and attention service is doubtful. Quite disappointing

Paul Snider provided excellent, prompt service from beginning to end. I plan on using Clements for car insurance next time I am overseas.

International Property Insurance. Finally found a service for digital nomads. They cover your belongings without needing to regularly return to your home country. It's affordable and service has been great. Thank you Zurab.

Aisha is an angel at Clements. After system maintenance issues delayed us from receiving a copy of our policy and proceeding with coverage overseas, Aisha ultimately resolved everything. She responded, worked through the issues and would not disconnect the phone call until every question was answered and document sent. These days it is hard to find that kind of customer service.
