Previously, I had always had coverage with USAA. After many issues and terrible customer service, I decided to switch. My agent, Carolyn is AMAZING! Not only did they provide me with far superior coverage than USAA did, but it was also less expensive. My documents were sent over immediately and she made the transition very smooth. To further elaborate on the matter of her excellent customer service, she responds to any question I have immediately and goes out of her way to help me with every question I've had thus far. I would highly recommend them! :

Terrible. They leave you on hold for 10 mins, transfer you to a voicemail and when you call back say "well we are busy". And then put you on hold for 15 more minutes until you hang up.
