THIS PLACE IS A BUNCH OF BALONEY! SCAM ARTISTS! LIARS! THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR BUSINESS INSURANCE AND GOT ME INSURANCE THAT DIDN'T EVEN ACCEPT BY TYPE OF BUSINESS AND WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY! HEY OWNER, I KNOW WHO WROTE MY POLICY AND SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE AND I KNOW SHE STILL WORKS THERE. LIAR. Response to you: (since I can't respond directly to your response, I will edit to include here) I have all the paperwork to support my claim.

You are really saying several months! Ha! They cancelled my insurance a month later. I got the paperwork and that's why the carrier refunded me for YOUR mistake. And I have the emails to prove who wrote my policy and she's the same JO that answers the phone. And NO ONE told me anything about a non-refundable fee, you were the first to say it. Your just trying to cover your a$$. I'll let the Insurance Commission deal with it from here on out. I have all the proof.

For construction insurance, it's the best place to go with the most affordable rates for the established contractor or those just starting out. However for auto insurance, their prices and coverage isn't the best in town.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This is the worst Insurance Agency. They don't want to services existing customers! I have called at least 4 times to have a lienholder removed. I get my policy and it's still there. That is not a difficult thing to do.

They help me out I giving me my policy number and the number to call road hazard so I could get my keys out of my truck with no damage to the vehicle. I'm very pleased by having All American Insurance as my insurance provider. I will definitely keep doing business with this company.

Been my insurance place for prob 6 years or longer now! Best prices I've found in town. And an even better price if you're able to pay 6months at a time. The staff is always helpful. Never had any issues. And thankful for this place!
