Received notice of failed payment draft on home insurance. Called their office (since the insurance was purchased through them) and was told there was no issue. A month later the insurance policy was canceled. They stated it was my fault. New insurance policy was purchased through a different provider.

We have trusted M&M Insurance with our Workmans Comp & Marine coverage Insurance since the 90's. They have been easy to deal with, fair in rates and they always have our back.

They are a underwriter for my insurance, Progressive. When I do need them to take care of issues they have been fantastic.

I had a great experience at M & M. I showed up without an appointment. I was able to sit down with an agent immediately. Rita was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. my needs were met and the rate was much lower than other quotes I had gotten.

Only showing me how insurance business taken advantage of the system. When some of us struggle to paid higher prices in car insurance this guy has a lot of really expensive car not good for nothing only to impress those around him.

I had flood insurance though them got a good deal. So when purchasing another home i decided to use them again. 1st call i got told they couldnt help me out bc it is just one policy explained they did another one still no luck. But then that persons boss called me and made things right go everything going. Well qhen renewal came arpind for the pervious house i already had the price went up understandable but some information got changed to the account that was not authorized by either policy holder and was told nothing they could do until i paid.

Funny thing is it got changed before. So called around and the exact same company they had me issured through was almost $200 cheaper basically same price werid. Then they sent a letter to the bank stating i was not renewing my policy, but thats where the mix up was the changed mortgage companys so. Along never got any help asked for a letter stating i still have coverage on the correct house but for some reason the lady doesnt want to send me one.

Ill be changing the last policy soon. They qere friendly the VERY first time after that rude and not very helpful. We have 3 house and about to add more and not very helpful.
