AWS (Aparicio, Walker, and Seeling) owes my elderly mother a refund of a premium on her flood insurance policy. It's because of a mistake by an AWS agent named Dianna. Dianna's supervisor admits that agent Dianna made a mistake, but when we ask for a refund they make many excuses. We requested a refund on August 13. It's now September 18, so Mom has been waiting more than one month.

In summary, AWS took half of an elderly woman's Social Security check and they have not returned it more than a month after we requested a return of the funds. It's really unfair to abuse the elderly this way.

AWS Insurance has some of the best staff that I have had the pleasure of working with. Michael was the person helping me out and was able to answer all of my questions as well as recommend a plan for me that was able to save me money on my business insurance and provide better coverage.
