I've been a customer for 10 years and have always been met with kindness and assistance when ever needed!

Docked a star for the purpose that you can not get a estimate quote for coverage on the website. Or if you are buying a newer vehicle you can't get a estimate for how much more your premiums will go up.

I'm a customer with auto and homeowners insurance. I've been very satisfied with pricing and am currently in process of a claim on homeowners. Everyone has been very helpful.

I had to file my first claim with Rockford Mutual after being with them for over a year. They were wonderful. Jesse handled the claim and Aaron was the adjuster handling the value of my car. They were both awesome! I would recommend RM to anyone that will ever ask!

Recently filed a claim on my Homeowner's policy. Rockford was courteous, professional and timely in their response. I am very pleased with them as my insurance company and glad that I made the change when I did.

Hello there, I don't like to give a negative review but what happens to me is not acceptable, About 1 year and 2 months I fallow a Claim with Rockford insurance and after 2 months I got a check of $6300 hundreds in the mail after exchanging all kind of papers, Now last year in November I did a nother claim with Rockford insurance and Dennis Gulling was assign to take care of my claim.

I told him what happened how I almost lost my life with a rubber that was in my ven trying to still my tolls. I called the Police made a Police report and I taken a photo from the car that the rubber was driving. In the beginning Deniss was okay with me, he promises me that he is going to help me again, but then he started playing games with me and not been honest.

That why I will recommend you if you have a insurance with Rockford insurance stay away from this guy because he is full of promises but he will not be honest with you, then I called his superiors and of course first day they was saying that they will need to talk with Dennis and after 3 days I got a call from the owner of Rockford insurance and he then try to protect his workers.

I been with Rockford insurance for more then 15 years Not knowing what other people talk about them. They are being very nice when they collect your money but if you have a claim then they are totally difrent people. That why I want to share my experience with Rockford insurance and before you sign up with this company this my bed experience I had with this insurance company.

I give them a lots of time to work on my 2nd claim they couse not to help me and I called my insurance Agent I told him what happened he apologized for this company and they will probably lose him. Anyway don't go with this insurance company or you will regret it. I will give-0 review to Rockford insurance

Had instance where a dump trailer came loose from back of my pickup truck & caused $2,400 in damage. People at Rockford Mutual were excellent & received a check for repairs in just couple of days. No hassle, just excellent service. Thank You.

I had a agent who signed me up. I change my address with him. When keep getting mail from my old address. I text him once again. So I called and changed it no problem. Get a new car called about that. The lady explain how to do it. Which I did. No one contacted me about the changes. So I called once again. Really didn't trust my agent. Was told to call him that they don't deal with me.

Never in all the years that I have been driving. That I was told something like that. Now I will change my insurance. They are very ignorant. The receptionist should be told how to talk to a person. I have always called my insurance get answers. That was a very big company. Run or think before you get your insurance from them.

So far, Rockford Mutual Insurance Co has provided good service. My agent is Andy Ferrera and he is extremely helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I have auto payments from my Credit Card and was contacted by my agent that the expiration date on the card has passed and I need to contact him or the company directly to update ASAP. I immediately called Rockford Mutual and updated the information.

They charged my Credit Card and sent me the receipt within seconds. I asked about any late charges or fees due to the mistake just knowing how some companies work. The person on the phone said that no charge was added to this payment, BUT there would be a $15 late fee on the next bill. She then stated that Rockford Mutual doesn't normally waive late fees, but she would do it this time since there hasn't been a late payment in over 2 years. Thanks Rockford!

The people at Rockford were friendly and professional. They have worked with the autobody shop I trust and have been satisfied with for a long time. They have also saved me money over my past provider. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scott Freund was wonderful to me today when I had an accident in a high traffic area on the 53 South local lanes coming from 90. I was in an area with merging traffic and couldn't get out of the car. I had several phone calls with him throughout the day as I made decisions. Grateful for his help.

Rockford Mutual had been great to deal with for our insurance claim for hail damage. Very prompt. Great support. Especially with all the chaos of covid, they have been great to work with. Would highly recommend. And happy to have all of our insurance through them.
