I too ended up leaving a message for the owners son after an unpleasant experience with a lower level agent. I was under a great deal of stress at the time. Instead of calling me back to resolve, they went over my head to the person who recommended them and never had the good manners to call me.

Without the crazy amount of time and assistance from CCIG & ALL OF THEIR EXTREMELY organized brokers, agents, and just employees, frankly I would have never have had made it this far in life - so much so, that I recommend this company to all of my friends and family members whenever I get the opportunity! The bottom line is that you get what you pay for, and if you're looking for "The General" car insurance prices you will be extremely disappointed and upset.

As the saying goes, "if you have to ask how much it costs, you cannot afford it, " so don't say that I am being pompous for leaving an honest review of one of, if not the best, insurance companies in the State of Colorado!

We have had a very positive experience with Teresa with CCIG as our auto insurance broker. She's very responsive, professional, kind, and easy to work with.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value The sales team lies to other potential customers claiming that they are using a another local business "by name" that doesn't use their insurance products. I could never use a insurance company that lies to get business. Totally unethical business practices and very unprofessional. Some people like to sell their soul with no integrity.

Critical: Professionalism The recepcionist has to be more friendly, since she is the one who answers our questions, she needs to learn how to treat the customers.

After years of dealing with companies that spend lots of time trying to get your business then disappearing for the day to day issues we have finally found a company that actually cares! They bring things to our attention and save us money. We are located up in the mountains and that is never an obstacle. We highly recommend them!

CCIG Have been a crucial in securing my business's future in Colorado. The team at CCIG has me covered without gaps for our kitchen, trucks, workman's comp and thousands of dollars in equipment. I am not one for writing reviews but with consistent great service and the fact that I unfortunately had to file two different claims with my insurance company in a 12 month period thought this was a good time. I have coverage for my home and 2 cars and have been with Cherry Creek Insurance Group for more years than I can remember. In all these years I have never had a problem of any kind.

I had to file a claim on my home owners policy and one on my auto policy. The service I received for both claims was excellent. Both claims were handled quickly and efficiently. I received great professional service, was kept informed during the processes, and was treated like a human being. I never once had to talk with an automated system, always had a real live person to talk with whenever I called.

I have reached out to Cherry Creek Insurance Group several times with different representatives and they are either the most disorganized or uncaring insurance company or agency I have had to deal with. I started with a regular representative, and upon my second call I decided to speak with the owner's son. I had planned on starting a new business similar to one that I already have only under the concept of a franchise, it was impossible to get anyone from this agency to maintain contact keep an appointment or do their job at all. There is no way I would ever recommend this insurance company unless I really dislike the person, and even then I would still feel bad.
