Absolute joke of a company. I am signed up and there is no method for electronic payment. Get this - They want me to mail in a check. What is mail and what is a check? This is 2022

These customer service reps need more training, if you are going to be processing medical claims at least have basic common knowledge of the medical field. Not just operator call center experience. Lack of knowledge, they give you the run around when getting your claims processed. Rude, sarcastic customer service. Not to mention they hold your claim for every little reason not to pay. Typical insurance. The accounting department is terrible as well trying to say our policy had a lapse in 2009, really 13 years later.

The lack of empathy and the lack of knowledge that some of the employees have is surprising. Some are not helpful at all. I pay my insurance on time but when is time to collect because people do really need it and is denied for condition that you don't have. Some employees are helpful and explain your policy but some are rude not helpful and lazy. I hope that they do better in the future because eventually if the system keep screwing over Policy holders they will have nothing left

Company is PROMPT answering calls/online chats! I am sending a preauthorization, so hopefully they are as prompt with the claim as they are with customer service! So far, nothing but positive feedback for the representatives I have had interactions with

Had to cancel policy for dental vision and hearing not due to customer service or company due to the fact that I found out I already had a policy through another company so since I had been long-standing with them I went ahead and canceled this one however if that changes I will be back because I was extremely satisfied with the customer service from Sophia Ramirez she handled things swiftly quickly and made me feel comfortable with our correspondence.
