Horrible service, really high quotes and trying to get a call from this place takes for ever, bunch of shady sales trying to make extra commission so they will lie and cheat just to make there commission. Just go somewhere else don't waste your time. And stay away from the guy Daniel D he's cocky and arrogant, no respect for customers.

This business is bad and has false sales practices. Take your business somewhere else, they will lie to get your business. As you can see he stated that he contacted me. Stated that he would help resolve the matter. Did not hear anything for over a week. Called this Daniel guy back he stated he would call me back, and never did. These people who work for this company are liars and all they want is your money. There are many choices for insurance, please take your business somewhere else. Not an honest company.

Poor service. I used them for close to 15 years. Office moved a few times. Prices are terrible. Slow service. Manager is usually only in the office for 3 or 4 hours a day and never gets back to you. Used to be fantastic until ownership change. I ended up leaving because I was being gouged. No accidents either. I ended up saving almost 50 percent by going elsewhere.

By far the easiest most thorough insurance buying experience I've ever had. Daniel is the agent you'll want in your corner for all of your insurance shopping needs. I use to rant and rave about this agency until there was a problem then dumped the problem in my lap and i had to pay for there mistakes i wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone, i'm shopping for a new company now, use to be awesome no so much anymore, when you need them good luck they wont be there, they suck

I have been with this company for many years and had multiple policies; I only stayed due to the low prices. However, I have decided the low prices do not make up for the lack of service, unfriendly and unresponsive employees. They make no effort to find you lower prices, don't return phone calls and when my auto insurance was cancelled and I reinstated myself, their first concern was if they were "still receiving a commission".

When I complained about the service, an agent went so far as to tell me "they have so much business they don't need mine." If you are looking for better service where they automatically give you discounts when you qualify an care about your business, go with a name brand like Progressive or Geico, avoid this place at all costs.
