Amazing service - Im a new client - I called with some questions about commercial and personal policies. I was actually just hoping to make an appointment to discuss this but by the time I was done with the call Corinne had gotten my personal policy written and given me all the information I needed from a commercial policies. And then at the end of the day when I called to pay for my new policy, I talked to Lenny for 10 minutes and he gave me so much advice for my business. These guys are fantastic. I don't think I'll ever need another insurance agent again.

Corinne was an incredible help! I was in a rough situation. My insurance had lapsed and was forced to pay my full year premium up front. Corinne took the time to find me the best deal possible! she walked me through the entire process step by step not missing a detail. It was painless process thanks to her!

I called to inform them I was moving out of Massachusetts and would not be continuing my insurance well before the policy expired. Despite this, when my policy expired, they auto-enrolled me in a new policy without my permission, signature or necessary paperwork. After I realized what they had done and made them cancel, they stuck me with the bill for the time elapsed even though they were never authorized to renew the policy. They said they would "look into it" and predictably never got back to me.

I cant believe I forgot to write this review. Good job stupid. Anyways its been about 6 months since I got my car back on the road after moving to Southie. An online search brought me to Lighthouse Insurance which I was weary about but since it was so close to my place I decided to give them a call. I really really cannot for the life of me remember my agents name (sorry guy) but he was excellent.
He walked me through all the paperwork for registering, inspecting and insuring my car. He made sure to find me a low rate and didnt give me more insurance than I needed (the car is a 1998 Honda Civic and was given to me by my mother as an old company car. Having too much insurance on something thats not worth that much is silly) and made sure I was secure in my choices of insurance.
I pay 65 dollars a month, largely due to my perfect driving record (pat pat pat) but I know he did what he could to find my cheapest option. I'm a big fan of a company who can make something that seems like such a hassle into something that was a cake walk. I sent my boyfriend there a few months after me and he was just as happy. Thanks Lighthouse!
