When I got married in 2010, I joined the Southwind Insurance family and have truly enjoyed my experience. With every major purchase, Mike and the team have been there to listen and respond to our needs, get us the best coverage for the lowest price, and continue to search for best options. They are responsive and caring, and we just love them!

We've been very well taken care of by everyone at Southwind since 2007! It's made the world of difference as we've bought and sold homes, vehicles, trailers, and more. Mike and Brittany always patiently walk us through changes to policies, thoroughly answer our questions, and have made us very knowledgable about what coverage we have and why. Oh, and they save us a ton of money too!

Don't bother. Lazy, careless people. I had been using them since 2016 and hardly ever called them for anything, maybe twice in 3 years? I had purchased two new vehicles and was in need to try to save some money on the every increasing policy premium. The ladies there were annoyed any time I tried calling, even though it's nice to collect my money.
I had recently put in a claim to get my windshield replaced and while they was being processed, they decided upon themselves to call progressive and remove my glass coverage. The lady insisted she did not make that change, but the recorded call from progressive showed otherwise. After a series of calls it was eventually handled. I then asked them again if they could find a policy that was cheaper for me, not 2 hours later I get an email stating there was nothing available.
I decided to make some calls to see if this was true, two calls in and I found an insurance company (Geico) that was able to save us $100+ per month. Needless to say, the laziness showed again. I would advise against southwind insurance agency. Look elsewhere. Ps: gotta love the fake reviews they've been putting up to boost their rating. What a shame.

I have been a customer with this team for over four years, and in that time they have created a lasting relationship.
