Arrow Insurance Service specializes in providing insurance for the swimming pool and spa service industry. We also provide liability insurance to pool and spa contractors and manufacturers. Are you a service technician? - We insure thousands of service companies across the United States. We have policies that cover tile cleaning, acid washes, and leak detection, as well as the replacement of pumps, motors, filters and heaters. Other companies exclude claims involving many of these items. Are you a manufacturer of swimming pool related products?
As the President of Arrow Insurance Service, Inc., Ray has been involved in over 2,000 swimming pool related insurance claims since 1982. He is the exclusive insurance broker for both the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) and The Swimming Pool Association of Hawaii (SPAH). Lin received her insurance agent's license in 2001 and has been in the insurance industry since 1996.
Pollution, hazardous material clean up coverage and pool pop-up coverage is available for both individual and group policyholders. Faulty workmanship coverage and remodeling coverage is offered to those who qualify. Our insureds never share their liability limit with other insureds or chapter members as with some other insurers.
Ray Arouesty is President of Arrow Insurance Service, Inc. and is the exclusive insurance broker for the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) and The Swimming Pool Association of Hawaii (SPAH). He has been involved in over 2000 swimming pool related insurance claims since 1982. Ray holds a Master of Science degree from Purdue University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and his legal practice today is limited to members of the swimming pool industry.
