OUTRAGED that this company sent 2 sales reps to my Mother's home this week, NEITHER OF WHICH WERE WEARING A FACE COVERING. My Mother has dementia and is on a waiting list for her Covid-19 vaccine. "The Assurance Group" is putting our SENIORS LIVES AT RISK just trying to get business! Disgusted at their business practices, ignorance over CDC guidelines and overall lack of concern for their client base!

I had a lady come to my home today Senior Field Agent Ashley Goldean. I told her we had a death last night that we could speak on the covered front porch because I had family in for a funeral. I also told her that I hadn't been aware that this was a sales pitch and I couldn't see how I could afford death insurance. She informed me that if I can't afford to buy anything that I was a waste of her time and gas.
She also kept the Walmart gift card that was promised. Guess she was going to make sure it was worth her time one way or another. Her rudeness today is all I can take. I don't even know who I'm crying about now.
