I've worked with Byrl Hendler for nearly 30 years. He and his team are outstanding, and he's the nicest guy in the world. I've been in Massachusetts for the past 10 years, but wouldn't ever consider switching insurance agaents or agencies. Diversified has been wonderful to deal with all these years/

Unprofessional and disorganized You do not want to use this agent - total miscommunication and misinformation since starting with them last year - finally in disgust cancelling my policy and starting with another agent.
