Mr. Rabbi forgets we would have save him over $6000. dollars over his Liberty Mutual policy who we also represent and Nationwide if he would have got the work done they requested and send in receipt in a timely manner. Now the company trying figure out how check went to wrong address, But it not fair to bad mouth some else for what you could have done to avoid this problem and received the savings we were trying to offer you!

I hate to say this but I will no longer use the service of this agency. The young ladies that work for this place need more training in providing service to the public. If you don't know what your doing ask for help. Don't lie to the consumer. Their professionalism is horrible and they need to work on how to speak to their consumer and give a time frame when to expect a call back for the information that was requested.
If you don't care about the business you want, this is the place. If you want professional and responsible people who cares in servicing the public, this is definitely not the place!
