This is the worst company to use as your FMO. I have been trying to get appointed with carriers since DECEMBER.You can get appointed yourself in just a few days I know because I already started doing it. I am now looking for a new FMO to use or I just might do it independently BE WARNED! Also no one in the company answers calls and when you email they just don't respond or push you off to someone else who doesn't answer your email! notice they don't respond back to there reviews.

Medicareful is garbage system you still have to go to carrier to search for limits. nobody has any idea what they are doing in this company. 4 months for contracting when you can become independent yourself in 48hrs. do yourself a favor and run away asap. tier system so if you are just starting out, you will get no priority during aep unless you add everybody to email thread and make accountability in real time. Its really sad.

Worst managed company. HR tells employees what their supposed to keep secrete by law. Call center is worse managed company treats it's employees terribly they there only good reviews are from employees they fire and hire people like factory jobs who use temps the turnover rate is ridiculous they play favoritism and fire people for no reason and the bosses protect their fiends who's are lazy and can't even pass insurance tests they dropped a loyal insurance department that had for years Over night terrible terrible company
