The customer service is terrible. When trying to explain a concern I had, they spoke down to me like I had no idea what I was talking about, interrupted me the entire time, and even went as far as screaming over the phone. I could not even give my entire concern without having to just end the call. Very rude and unwilling to hear a customer's concerns without instantly getting the "as a matter of fact" attitude.
I will be choosing another company for my workers compensation needs that does not belittle me and are more concerned for their customer's needs. A business should be empathetic to customers concerns and apologize for any issues, miscommunications or problems that may have happened, not raise their voice and interrupt their customer and tell them they are wrong and they made no mistakes.
Even if a customer is wrong, you still give them the benefit of the doubt and apologize, even if you cannot make it right. Listen to your customers concerns, apologize for their experience and move forward.
