Our family businesses have used Zito Insurance Agency in various capacities for 20+ years. Their team is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely responsive and organized. They are always there to answer any questions and on top of anything that is needed to be done. It is unusual to find a company where every department and employee is exceptional! I have my homeowners and personal auto thru this agency and that particular agent was great (Becky), she is responsive and polite. However, I tried to get a commercial policy and it was like pulling teeth. When I did speak with the commercial agent, she was incredibly rude. I waited for 3-4 weeks, called multiple times, sent several emails and never received a quote.
I ultimately went with another agency. My son's medical was written thru this agency as well, while that agent is more responsive than the commercial lines, I still feel like customer service is lacking. If it wasn't such a hassle to redo everything, I would switch agencies.
