The level of service has gone down dramatically. The level of rudeness by the employees and the way they speak to me as a customer is baffling. They also bluntly told me they are too busy to put my insurance policy out on the market to see about saving me money as we just added a new young driver. They also use scare tactics and told us we wouldn't be able to get insurance (even though a claim last year was not our fault and the other driver and insurance company took total responsibility). In process of shopping around to find a company who will appreciate my business.

Poor communication. My broker dropped the ball too many times re refund checks, renewals, policy information, etc. Just generally not helpful.

The Horton Group has qualified individuals for all your insurance needs. I've always been pleasantly advised at each phone call I make to Horton. Their representatives are courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Call Horton for a great insurance experience.

Rob and his team have all ways taken care of my families needs with our insurance and is quick in responding. He is quick in pulling up information when you need him. (I was filling my taxes and had the wrong home insurance declaration page, his team emailed me the correct one within 10 minutes). I have saved tons on cash by switching to him vs Allstate. I paid double with AllState with less support. I've had to use both my auto and home insurance and haven't had any issues.

Horton Group has provided great service to my family from the start. The Horton Group was recommended to us by Dave Ramsey so our expectations were high. I am very impressed with the professionalism Horton has to offer. I felt like the time was taken to know what my needs were and any questions I had were answered in great detail. Not only was I able to save on my policies, I also became more educated in the process. Thank you Rob English and staff.

This company is terrible with horrible customer service. Our insurance rates increased dramatically on a yearly basis. When we outsourced 3 of our 4 policies to another insurance company due to the high premiums, our 4th policy was cancelled by Horton--we received a notice in the mail informing us of the cancellation, no phone call. I would avoid this company at all costs.

My employer uses Horton as their insurance broker. Since I work in HR, I have been nothing but pleased working with the staff at Horton. Since I am new to benefits administration, I have had to have my "hand held" on more than one occasion as I've tried to figure out the various facets of this role. Everyone I've worked with has been so wonderful -friendly, patient and understanding, as they help educate me and answer my various questions.

I especially like that they have some great seminars for their clients -everything from immigration issues to safety to the new insurance laws. I always feel thoroughly informed when leaving their beautiful campus. We also use Network Safety -a safety consulting firm endorsed by Horton -to oversee our safety program. I can't say enough good things about my experience with everyone I've dealt with. They are true (and very well experienced) professionals!
