I have had a life insurance plan for 5 years with Erie Life Insurance, apparently Colony Group represents them. I called to schedule blood work and vitals to discuss some options. Never did anyone get back to me to schedule or return any of my calls. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking something happened, perhaps there was an emergency, life happens.

I understand. But after 6 phone calls over 3 weeks and no return, this is by far, hands down, the most unresponsive customer service experience I have had in a long time. Even after leaving a message with the front desk and explaining what happened, they assured me this is not like them and they would reach out to my representative Michelle on her personal cell phone to explain. Thanks Colony Group, absolutely unbelievable.
