We have been with Pickett Insurance Agency over 3 decades for our auto coverage. They have been professional and attentive to any concerns that we have had. Recently, an issue involving our switching of insurance providers necessitated us cancelling a one year's payment check and obtaining a new provider. The previous company supposedly had "refunded" the payment using an unknown "credit card", which was not ours.

Our bank account, through which we made the original electronic payment, was not re-credited. The said insurance company did not follow protocol for the refund by returning it to the account of origin. Pickett agent, Kevin Cook, stepped up immediately and pro-actively to discover our missing refunds. Funds that seemed for a period of time to have just "disappeared." Thanks to his attentiveness and the Pickett Agency, our account was rightfully accredited. We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation enough, for their excellent service and response.
