Very easy to contact. Simple straightforward process. Very understanding of personal situations. When your policy comes due, they will search for the best rate for renewal. Occasionally you may need to change insurance providers for the best rate Very easy to work with. Anybody on staff is available to answer Smimple questions. They feel like a local insurance company with big ties to all the major companies.

They will find you the best rate. At my latest renewal, they saved me over $300 just by switching to Progressive from Safco. I will definitely remain a customer for a long time to come. I honestly feel they do their best to shop around to find the best rate for you.
