I had to have my car towed from my garage and just paid the towing cost. I didn't know towing costs can be reimbursed as a claim through my auto insurance until my agent told me. George shared with me exactly how to submit my claim for reimbursement to Kemper and I had a full refund check in the mail in 3 days.

When I bought my condo in downtown Wilmington three years ago I was not sure what kind of owner's insurance I would need so I took your recommendation for an HO6 policy from UPC Insurance. When Florence hit I sustained damage from wind driven rain to my hardwood floor. I called for an adjuster who showed up with in a couple of days or less. When I left town for two weeks I was told that the Owner's Association policy on the building would not pay for my claim.

When I got back I had a check waiting from UPC. In the end the building policy paid but I must say it was comforting to know that I was covered no matter what. Thanks for your advice and great service.

Received a quote that was outrageous. Went somewhere else, and it was a substantial difference. $5,000 to $400. I would recommend getting additional quotes before using this company.
